About This Webinar

Accessibility advocacy doesn’t end with design — it continues through to developer handoff. In this session, we’ll explore pitching accessibility as a product strength, not a roadblock. Learn how to navigate common stakeholder pushbacks, reframe inclusion as better UX for everyone, and deliver designs that developers can confidently implement. From real user stories to annotated handoff tips, this talk empowers designers to champion accessibility from the first conversation to the final file.

Webinar Objectives

By the end of this session, attendees will be able to:

  • Reframe accessibility as a strategic product benefit, not just a compliance requirement
  • Communicate the value of accessibility to stakeholders with clarity and empathy
  • Identify small wins and inclusive design improvements that build momentum
  • Prepare Figma files and documentation that support accessible implementation
  • Use a practical accessibility handoff checklist to reduce dev confusion and preserve intent
